…As MD Finally Announced Bank Extinction

The exigency behind the much awaited acquisition of Diamond Bank PLC by another Nigerian bank, the Access Bank or call it a merger following the Federal High Court regulatory approval, may have finally been laid to rest as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Mr. Uzoma Dozie on Thursday intimated its numerous customer of the bank’s final journey to extinction through emails.
According to the statement as contained in the mail circular, Mr. Dozie intimated the public of the final take off of the bank by Access Bank, the takeoff date, modus operandi and other operational considerations.
